"After World War II, HRG picked up where it left off, building small-displacement traditional sports cars of very high quality. Singer engines were used in 1100cc and 1500cc capacities and fitted into chassis with solid front and rear axles with leaf springs. With the prewar shapes limiting performance, a limited number of 'Aerodynamic' roadsters were built, all-enveloping coachwork that offered less wind resistance and, therefore, a higher top speed." -- Simeone Automotive Museum
