Selected Images From the 1980s

I shot the photos in this gallery in the 1980s with Nikon lenses and SLRs (FM, FE, FE2) on Kodak Ektachrome and Kodachrome films. ... I used a Nikon Coolpix 4300 and an ES-E28 slide copying adapter to digitize the slides in late 2003 and early 2004. All the images were full-frame shots, but the ES-E28 cropped them slightly. Alas, this slight cropping was unavoidable. ... Eventually, I plan to use a Nikon Coolscan to re-digitize these and my other favorite images from the film era. ... I downsized all the photos here for online viewing.
