Alfa Century 2010 Concorso -- Alfa Romeo Centennial, June 2010

Alfa Romeo marked its 100th anniversary on June 24, 2010. The Alfa Romeo Owners Club in the U.S. celebrated this milestone during its 2010 annual convention in and around Frederick, Maryland. The June 23-27 gathering was hosted by the capital chapter -- which covers Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland. Hundreds of Alfa owners from all over the U.S. and Canada brought their cars and displayed them on June 26 at a "Concorso" on the grounds of the Stone Manor Country Club in Middletown, Md. I attended this car show and took pictures, which I am happy to share here.

I shot the photos in this gallery with a handheld Nikon D300 and a Nikkor 18-200mm VR zoom. All are as-is, straight from the camera, with no post-processing -- except for three marked ST or CR in their captions, which indicate that straightening or cropping was done. All have been resized for online viewing.
