Meadow Brook Concours d'Elegance 3 -- Horseless Carriages of Brass Era, Aug. 2009

Cars from the Brass Era are featured here. This set is the third in my series of 11 galleries on the 2009 Meadow Brook Concours d'Elegance, which was held on Aug. 2 in Rochester, Michigan. More than 200 cars and motorcycles were entered in 25 classes by collectors from all over the United States and Canada. I shot the photos with my handheld Nikon D300 and Nikkor 18-200mm VR zoom. Except for three (marked PP in their captions), all are as-is, straight from the camera, with no post-processing applied. However, I resized the pictures for online viewing. The letters br and st that appear next to PP in three of the captions refer to brightness and straightening adjustments, respectively, in Nikon's CaptureNX.
