My camer bag is a top loading Lowepro Nova 2 AW. It is just great especially for the price but not able to keep up with my lens lust. I installed to 'saddlebag' lens cases to the straps to carry the Sigma and 85 1.8 and they are always at easy reach. Inside I keep the 180 2.8, the Tamron 28-75 2.8, and the body attached to the current lens and the 24 2.8 and 50 1.4 and The Kenko 1.4 TC stacked in one compartment. ITs gotton a little heavy but the Lowenpro is very comportable. My problem now is what to do with the 300 F4. I think I will get or make a 'quiver' style case to sling it behind me, or on the opposite side as the Lowepro for better balance.
