Dale experienced the same thing this past Sunday. I recalled my first talk back then too.. Even if U do want to sleep more, U just can't! Heart rate goes up like a techno beat.. U just can't get content until that 45 mins is over with.

Things to work on for next time:
* Slow down/pause a little more.
* Include one more life experience.
* Get more than 2.5 hours of sleep.
