Bill had some business to do with Murilo and Mario, at the mill at Companhia Industrial Cataguases ( http://www.cataguases.com.br/index.htm ). While he was meeting with them, I (Nancy) walked around the town and took pictures ! Murilo had drawn a detailed map at dinner the previous evening, so I was well-guided.
Viewing Hints !
Press F11 for full-screen viewing, and click on the first picture (the map). Select "medium" at the bottom of a picture if you still can't see it, or if your internet connection is slow. Press "next" at the top-right or bottom-right to proceed. Move your mouse over any picture for a description.
Nice photos of Cataguases! You're only missing a photo of the prefeitura (mayor's office), the yellow building across from Santa Rita church. One other thing-- your hotel was Bevile, not Belive (perhaps a typo). It was nice seeing the interiro of the textile mill, one of the few things I haven't seen in Kta'. Thanks!

Great shots, Nancy! These small towns have a picturesqueness all around them, haven't they? This one, Cataguases, is a very typical Brazilian small town -- I can say that because first of all, I'm Brazilian, and second, I've grown up in a place just like that. Your shots caught the feeling that envolves these towns, I enjoyed taking a look at them. Good job!
