I did take the shot of Frank and Sarah with the intention of getting something to use in a calendar; I subscribe to a Basset Hound internet mailing list and the Daily Drool list-master puts together a Basset-a-day calendar every year. It's a huge amount of work for her, but it's really fun to have my very own hounds in full color in a calendar. Frank, the red-and-white, is only 4 months old. He's a lot of work, as is any puppy, and he's a total joy to have -- very sweet and always making us laugh.
I looked at your Beagle album -- my favorite is the one of Conan in a Full Howl :)
This is a great photo (perhaps in a calendar way). Hound dogs pondering in a beautiful habitat. My two are distant cousins but equally 'houndish'. Again, great photo, thanks for sharing the hounds.
