Most of us went for a long walk
out to the Hermitage.
Plenty of water in the rivers.
As we got to the top of the hill
the sun came out
and bathed us all in a beautiful light
then a rainbow appeared.
Hope it's a sign for a peaceful New Year for everyone.
It was all over in a few minutes
and the sun dipped below the trees.
