15th September two large coffees

I've had two large frothy coffees today.
I had one at lunchtime when I met Conor,
we had half a cake between us
in return I was allowed to take his pic.
Then I somehow contrived to have another this afternoon.
I'm off to the Ivory Tower now,
more alert than usual.

made me laugh.. I'm cutting down my intake of 'frothy coffee'. I drink far to much and it makes me think of things that need doing in the office - which is not popular with others in the team who have to do them.
