3rd February 2005 feels like spring!

A fine, beautiful spring day.
Mrs N was off so we went out for lunch,
then I went for a walk up the hill.
Down below, through the trees is Harthill Castle.
It has taken me ages to post this,
and to pick out a picture (there are still more to look at)
I had two (or was it three) glasses of wine at tea time,
then Conor made me a hot lemon with whisky (Glenmorangie)
because I have a slight cold starting maybe.
I think he overdid it on the whisky though!
I never seem to get colds or anything,
So hopefully by tomorrow,
after a good night's sleep,
I'll be fine.
At the moment I feel very mellow,
if slightly befuddled...

Beautiful. Glad to hear you had a nice day. Fingers crossed you don't get the flu.

do you think if I get drunk my photos will look like these? ;) Beautiful
scenery and a nice day for it, too.

And here was you telling me your limit was 2 bottles of Miller! Beautiful scene Northy - where's Harthill Castle though, can't think for the life of me!

Hope your head's OK this morning (no the headache isn't flu!)
Nice set of images, but don't put your sledge away yet :)

Maybe a bit top heavy, but the bottom is such a surprise. Wow! A gorgeous image and beautifully captured.

Beautiful work, and I hope that whiskey chases away the cold.

Wow! I can see how you'd have a hard time picking a PaD shot! Because these are great not because of the alcohol! I think I have a cold coming on, too.

Love the view of blue sky and land with no snow through the silhouetted trees.
For some reason, you being befuddled makes me want to confuse you more by putting nonsense words on here that you could never understand..LOL

You can't beat hot toddies for fending off colds!

I love those trees branches against the blue sky. They have a unique shape to them, almost as if they are in motion. WOnderful image.
