22nd June, a bit of peace

I've had a nice few days off.
Took the short walk up the hill to the stone circle,
a beautiful summer evening,
and a bit of peace and relaxation
before going back to work tomorrow.

You captured some excellent light here Northstar. I like the composition aided by the long shadows. Where is this stone circle?

Structures of large stones, built in a circle. Used probably for observations of the sun, moon and stars, nobody knows for certain. This one was built about 5000 years ago.

Yes, it very peaceful and the green contrasts well with the gray.

My face has gone a similar shade as the grass, from jealousy. I would loooovvvvvee to do a solstice rite (or any other rite for that matter) in this beautiful spot.
