Pueblo girl.jpg

A girl from one of the pueblo groups of the Southwest.
Through cooperation the various pueblos rousted the Spanish Conquistadors from New Mexico.
When the Spanish returned 12 years later they offered every pueblo land grant status.
To this day these people live quietly and peacefully on their ancient lands as farmers.
