Titmouse

We had a visit from one of these cute little guys yesterday. A titmouse flew into one of our windows and knocked himself out for a while. My husband brought him into the house until he recovered, (to save him from predators) but when he released him outside, the little guy did a quick u-turn and flew back inside the house! Release number two was successful. This photo was taken a couple of winters ago.

They are such adorable little guys. Really appealing and your shot of this one is a winner. So glad you were able to save this one. As Hank says, so many die from flying into windows, but fortunately there are now things that can be used to make them realize it is glass and not a continuation of the outdoors. V

So beautiful Nora...It's a good feeling when you save a bird, animal or insect...I saved a cute field mouse from a cat yesterday...but it wouldn't pose for me...lol

Nice sharp shot Nora. Nice you could save the one that flew into your windows. Often they fly in with sufficient force to break thei little necks.
