Every year in September, our friend Steve Miller, organizes a banjo and fiddle contest in Oxford, NJ. My husband has been one of the judges for the last four years. It's a very enjoyable event and the contestants who place first, second and third in each category win cash prizes. This is one of the contestants who reminded me a bit of Pete Seeger, one of my favorite banjo players and folksingers.
