This is an 18 foot problem with
a crux at 12 feet giving an ancle crunching landing
(especially without a pad). One has to focus on the small
edges to get off the ground and the awkward opposition and smears
until a "big" jug near the top. These moves make the rock unerving
and wonderous to climb. The atmosphere of the Niagara rushing
in the background and a gorgeous forest surrounding adds to the appeal.
Realistically it's not a hard grade but it's a mental test that needs
to be surmounted; don't look back, push on, be confident! Blake, here, was urged
by me to try and cruised to the top. My slight highball addiction was deepened
as I took a second run up and backed off a third, satisfied that I could still walk.
