The "Shair" is correct but there is a little mistake in the 2nd line. The correct Shair is like this:
"Aadmiyyat Sa Pa Daulat Na Dey Rahmana!
Bott Ka jorrh Krhey Da Sro Zarro, Insaan Na Dey."
Translation:
Humanity is not judged by Wealth, O Rahman!
If you make statue of gold, it will not be man.
Good Work, any ways.......

Yes, I do think you are right.
It seems the Diwan I had had Admiyat instead of Ensaniat.
