This picture is taken from the front side of Allama Iqbal public school where I studied from 1973 to 1978 class One to class 5th, once I had seen this man to wear new cloths, cutting his nail and hairs who is sitting along with the electricity pool in background.
Noor khan you see that mad man setting behind the reksha.....i still remember him he never cut his nails in whole life and hairs as well....he use to come here early in the morning from some where and would go back in evening.....
amazing personality....
in front there was only one shop who would make Trade mark from steel plate......and one can see the narrow street goes to Joggi wara girls school and chaka gali
