Very nice pictures.I have not visited the old city area for nearly 20 year....even though I have lived all my life in Peshawar!Lovely to see these pictures.Can you add some really old pictures of Peshawar? Salma Ali Khan

Taj and Noor, if any of you remember another TV artist (hindko & urdu plays) sitting in a shop where you enter from Qissa Khawani (Egerton Road, going towards kohati and koochi bazaar) to Mohalla Khudadad. I forgot his name, but he used to sell spices in that shop.

Yes, I also remember Nazar (or Nazir) Durrani in that shop. One of his brother Fakhruddin Durrani (also TV artist, mostly in hindko plays) was our physics teacher in engineering university.

Haha, I do remember him. From the shop more than the TV. Yes, just a few dozen steps down Shaheen Bazaar is Mohallah Noor Islam (and way to my house-though I only lived in it in 1991). I dream to get back soon to repair my 'ajab ghar'.

NO ...this is the way to Noor Mohammad khan home and we would find Nazar Durrani...a tv artist sitting on the right side in front of ready made clothes store.......do your still remember noor him ...a funny clean shave face with long hairs and golden chain in his neck hahhahhahahah
