DUETTE has a Westerbeke 58HP Diesel that was overhauled in 2006 with a complete rehab including the engine room. New engine mounts, transmission, starting motor, shaft log and stuffing box, cutlass bearings, water pumps, hoses, and belts, and all DC cables, batteries and their boxes. Expensive to be sure but with the engine running like a top, it was well worth the effort. She is in exceptional shape both inside and out, with a compliment of three sails. Two for cruising and one for club races.
DUETTE spends her summers cruising from Maine to New York, and winters in Eliot Maine.
