Here are some shots of LILY. She is looking better each year. She had been owned for 12 years by a retired couple here on Saltspring Island before I rescued her from a state of minor neglect. They had lost interest and were using her only a couple of times a year. I've replaced most of the lines and blocks. I'd love to get one of Mike Quill's cheek-blocks for the choker line . . . it looks great. I used a slightly larger cheek block to which I did some cutting, grinding and drilling...it fits the original bolt pattern and works well, but I'd like to have a better guide for the line to the front of the wishbone. Have you ever seen an uglier dodger??

She's a very clean boat and even gets an annual power polish on the hull. I get sailing more now that I downsized. LILY has great accommodations including a cozy-cabin propane heater and great lighting. I don't win any races, but get tons of relaxing fun just being on the water. I sure am impressed with Nonsuch . . . such enthusiasm and camaraderie. I've got to get to the next Nonsuch Northwest Rendezvous here on the coast. Thank you and "Happy Sailing".
