Doesn't look to comfy to roll around in.

I thought this was a wheat field :(
At least the mower won't be out of the shed anytime soon.

Looks like our poor grass too. It will recover, next year. Great pov and I can almost hear the cracking of the dry grass! We all need rain!

I can feel the crackle. Hopefully you are getting a little relief from the heat this coming week (according to the weathermen.)

This looks like it would hurt if you were to walk on it. :)

I can smell this and hear the crackle of the grass under my feet, because my lawn looks like this where it hasn't been watered. A lot of it is even bare to the dirt. Unfortunately my yard's way to big to water all of it only where the tomatoes and flowers grow gets any water and has green grass. We just got a deluge about and hour ago, but not enough to bring back the lawn I'm sure.

Tough on lawns and ups the chances of fire. Excellent composition, this really brings the danger home.
