Neal, wonderful shot, like an angry bull ready to kill. I couldn't open the place to read, but I know how sad it is. A big embrace, amigo!

Bravo! Really very powerful, Neal. And as I write this, I wonder just how much worse it's become. It's a national tragedy, and it gets worse and worse every year. The solution is clearly NOT dumping more money into armed guards. Whole thing is sickening!

This is such a beautiful, compelling image ... a gorgeous landscape. Very foreign to my experience .... (where's the snow ...?)
Thanks for the link - a very sad situation for people in search of a better life. So much so that they are prepared to risk thier lives. I dunno ... I'm often puzzled by the inequities in this world ......

Striking image. Ominous clouds, a tree troubled by time and your passing thought.

Very sumbolic. I too feel sad that so many have died, only for trying to live a better life. I like your tree, which appears threatening and can instill fear, especially at night I would assume that this tree leaves you with chills.

Wonderful image! I like the "horns" Their sacrifices make you reflect on the opportunities we have.

Thank you Neal for sharing this link, and this incredible photo. The composition is perfect, the dead tree almost cattle like. GMV.

Such beautiful country. This dead tree looks like a dinosaur. Gorgeous shot. Sorry so many people have died, everyone wants a better life and they're willing to sacrifice for it.
