September 06 - What Are These?

Since I found them on a Milkweed plant,
I think they're Monarch Butterfly eggs.
But the volume of them would seem to exceed
the capacity of any Monarch!

I've never seen these before, and we have lots of milkweed in my yard. I sure don't think they're Monarch eggs.

It looks like a milkweed with decoration. I am pretty sure they aren't monarch eggs. They could be aphids (if they move?). Nature's mystery!! Now you have us all guessing.
