Photos are of a shop of interest, in Clifton, Kansas. Owner's health is now very poor and this shop was let go for about 10-12 years.. Has a big center shop area, with 2 large doors, with a great concrete floor with no cracks to be seen. Was a center pivot business with build and sale, and servicing of center pivots. Has an office and small living quarters that has some serious issues, and some termite damage. I think that the office area could be saved by adding steel posts to support that part, cut out bad sections and add concrete sections under the posts, and the rest of the building treated for termites. Owner is wanting $60k and I feel about half of that is a better price. Very much a fixer upper.. Whole shop needs to be cleaned out. An abandoned railroad strip also is included. Quite a bit of tree trimming is also needed, in time...
