For the 3 years that we lived in Korea this building remained exactly how you see it - abandoned. We were told that the original owners ran out of money while building it. Yet, upon closer inspection, it had a full electrical hookup, and windows would open and close. It is our mystery building - due to a night of delirium, drink and other such madness, we became convinced it was the HQ of a secret organization...ahh what soju will do to a person...
