1 cy. Black tertials which are buff-fringed tells as that this is a juvenile bird with an advanced moult into it´s first winterplumage. An adult bird in winterplumage has grayish tertials which are white-fringed. Creds to Sven "Brutus" Splittorff for finding this jewel!
