The Red Staircase

This is the main staircase to the first and second floor rooms in the former "City Motel" aka,
Nevada Nickels in Moose Jaw, SK. Built in the early 1900's and
now closed awaiting the wrecking ball, one can only imagine
the history these stairs hold if only they could talk!

That Staircase at Jakes has never looked so good.....many a redeye spent there I bet.....braVo...Mike

Thanks Dan! It's one of the last and has just been recently closed. It won't be standing for long I'm told.

Very nice shot Blair - love the angle and curviness of it in addition to the bright color. After following Mike's various images of the area I did not realize this was still standing.
