Emmons Glacier, largest of 25 named glaciers on Rainier (also largest in lower 48). Source of the White River, and a small unnamed lake. First light on the mountain.

that first light just kisses the peak...looks as if this glacier is holding on, while some others on Rainier are not faring so well..
