THE BEACH MUSE 1

After a three-year renovation
the Asian Art Museum reopens with
10,000 free tickets for the opening weekend.

She thinks about going, but no,
all the crowds, all the preciousness.

Instead, it is the beach muse who beckons
with the art of rock and shell, and ghosts of shell,
that thrill her more than any muse with an um.

This is better than packing into a museum with thousands of others, because there are so many treasures to be seen in nature when one looks. Gorgeous shot. V
