 | The only place to fly back to London from that part of USA is Las Vegas, so much against my better judgement I decided to spend two nights in the city. As expected I found it not to be the place I could enjoy. We went to a local State park called Valley of Fire. The red sandstone formations and the stark beauty of the Mojave Desert were fascinating, but the heat was unbearable.
