I'm guessing by the size of the water drops that's it's pretty small. Rather busy plant too. And very interesting.

I believe this a sempervivum - "hens and chicks" is the common name. A lovely image of a beautifully grown "flock"

Sure is beautiful. I see that someone said it is hen and chicks, but it isn't, unless it is a variety of it that I have never seen. I think they are really wonderful.
