Not all of the images in this gallery are of the highest quality, however some of them are once in lifetime images for me as one who does not live near this photographic oasis. Please understand that I am not trying to make an excuse for sloppy work, but rather why a couple of the images are included when they are not up to the real standard that I usually post... basically, I am very proud of these images for my being able to even get the image when we did not expect the bear to matirealize that night and it was now getting very late, heavy cloud cover, and fast walking bear! The Wild Pigs were over a 1/2 mile away... and the woodpecker was shot while I was driving by... he was right there as I was driving and I had to shoot one handed without looking in the view finder...
