December for me always includes a trip to the Great Christmas Dickens Fair, which recreates Victorian London on Christmas Eve. A Christmas Carol is acted out in the streets, there are several stages with constant entertainment, many choices of food and drink, and handcraft shops. The group of carolers was late in the day, and includes many cast members from other performances.
