Process summary:
Set Levels - Move highlight set in, move mid range set point left.
Select Church building - Increase brightness, color adjust add blue add very little red.
Correct perspective
Remove Light pole
Adjust Shadow/Highlight, Shadow 30 - 30.
Unsharp Mask.
