Cleared the background with eraser.
Ran auto-contrast, then lightened the shadows a little more.
Selected an elipse around her. Inverted selection and set feather radius of 30.
Filed with black. Cropped. Added two lines by using marquis select and stroke.
In levels, used the white eye dropper to set her teeth white.
I agree that the smile was great, and wanted to isolate that.
