Cloned out the fence using both the cloning tool and the healing tool in Photoshop CS. Took quite a bit of time to be sure I lined up the sampling location to mimic what I needed to replace by removing the fence. I also used a layer mask to separate the Leopard from the background, then used levels and curves on the cat, then levels on the background to darken. Used Nik Sharpener as the final touch.
