Go to edit/transform/scale
Hold down shift, and drag upper left and lower right corners to fill the screen.

Go to edit/transform/scale
Pull upper right corner until the vertical perspective distortion is gone.

Go to Hue/Saturation and kick the saturation up to +45

All of the above left a color cast, so:
Go to levels
Select R G and B individually, and adjust curves left and right arrows to clip at the major portion of the curves.
