I placed 2 flashlights under the Desert Rose plant. Covered them to diffuse the light with white paper towels. Had them facing upwards to light from below and so that the inside of the flower would light up.

Then asked my assistant (also known as my Mom *grins*) to hold 3rd flashlight off to the side, it was covered with a white gauze, aiming toward the middle.

I liked it but decided to crop so that only one flower was showing.

I used Bulb mode with the remote.
