I use the option: Use shooting date and time, this will make unique names for each subfolder.

I have a dash ( - ) between the Year, month, day seperator.

I have a period/dot ( . ) between the Hour, minute, second separator.

I use an underscore ( _ ) between the second separator and trailing number if needed.

Click OK, after checking the Sample.
