This is a mock up of a head stock set for gold mines. It is in the
middle of the Silver Legacy Casino in Reno.

These were set up over the top of a mine shaft, to allow cables to be
attached to tubs or people carriers, and the item to be lowered down
into the Silver or Gold mine shaft.
