14n Kodak camera, Nikon 35mm PC lens, 4 stop Graduated Split Neutral Density filter by Singh-Ray, probably f11 @ 30 seconds.

Taken in January at 7,000+ feet, temperature was well below freezing. Had to keep all the batteries in my inside shirt pocket until it was time to shoot; all camera equipment (except batteries) had to stay outside overnight to prevent condensation buildup.
