St Mary Parish - Glencoe USAF station

Fighting the war against drugs, the US Air Force has a thethered airborne radar platform base near Glencoe.

The unmanned vehicle is launched attached to the platform derrick in the photo and is raised to a high elevation. It can be seen from the Lafayette area.
