The mark of all great leaders is taking your people through tough terrain to a summit they didn't recognize was one they wanted to reach. Michael Bradstreet is a great leader. Here he sits, calmly, quietly, and contentedly, thousands of feet up from the good ship Letty, awaiting his charges, who come by, one at a time to thank him for bringing us to this wonderful place. Even I, after guzzling water, and praying for a Manitoba blizzard, (did I mention it was hot?) sheepishly tell Michael I'm glad I made the climb.
