Monarch Butterfly

This species is visible all year round in Canary Islands.
It lives in warm and dry places, in coastal regions, including parks and gardens.
In southern Spain, it can be seen in coastal slopes, close to cultivated areas.
Monarch Butterfly has now large range, coming from North and Central Americas, to New Zealand, Australia, Canary Islands, Spain, France and Mauritius.
