Which do you follow?

As I get older I realise that it's always best to follow my heart.
"I'd rather regret the things I've done than to regret the things I have failed to do"
"Follow your heart, but be quiet for a while first. Ask questions, then feel the answer. Learn to trust your heart". Life's too short and precious to be "sensible" and logical ;O)

And on that note I'm following my heart and going for a Costa coffee!! ;O)
