2 January - Oranges from Pego

Our friends came over from Spain & always bring oranges & lemons
from the trees in their garden. They are the BEST oranges I've
tasted - just shows you how bland shop bought stuff has become!
Oh to be in a climate where you can grow citrus fruit & figs &
things in your back yard!

Oh yes...nothing like home grown. My sis provides me with all the fresh veggies and fruits. So much better than the market.

A lovely warming image. When I was young I thought it would be the most amazing thing to be able to pick oranges in your garden and I still do.

Gosh.. so you can bring fruit from other countries into yours... we are not allowed to do that here.. we would be fined $200 if we did so.... Great shot... bet they tasted good too..
