I need help..I've been asked to submit a couple of my pics (from Paradise) for a gallery opening..my problem is whenever I have a pic enlarged it crops..(at the lab) I've been told to over shoot and then I'll have room for the auto crop..I can't do that..any suggestion?

Terrific image. What size are you enlarging it to? The lab should be able to print without cropping... You may need to resize to where you have a built-in border around the picture for the given size of the print. You might try upsizing the photo to whatever size you need prior to sending it to the lab. If you're using Photoshop try upside using the Image Size , setting Resolution to 360 and use Bicubic Sharper--just enter whatever size you want. I know it breaks all the rules but it seems to work.

Congratulation Roe! Is paradise a magazine of some sort?
Love the lighting in this picture!

Love that old sink in the background. I agree. Print your own. Commercial printers crop digital images. Qimage is a great program for preparing digital prints.

I love this..I would do your own work on the pc, not the lab. You have total control that way.

I'm sure you'll visit in a few weeks time and show us beautiful weeds growing through those cracks :-)

Or up the plughole...
