Thanks Margot... but to be honest, it has been an utter nightmare for over a year and half now since Mr Piers Adams (yes from the Adams family) moved in above us, hired cowboy builders, and flooded us almost daily ever since... managing to flood 6 rooms. (This is only one of those rooms)

Amongst their brighter moments were the times they poured a load of dirty water down a bath... and forgot they hadn't plumbed it in.
When they finally did plumb it in, they did it on a day when the block's water supply was turned off, and we had an extra shower when it was turned on. Of course they'd disappeared by then.

So sorry to see the damage to such a lovely place.
