On October 31, 1990, after 15 and a half years
under communist regime,
she left Saigon for Bangkok where the nearest US Embassy locates.
After a week of document verifying and flight arragement
in the capital of Thailand,
she flew via Narita airport (Japan)
and Tacoma airport (Seattle, Washington)
to Houston, Texas to resettle, on November 7, 1990.
